Martial arts and Self Defense Instructor:
In a training session we will go over everything you need to in order to give you the capability and confidence to overcome most physical confrontations visited in the street. This includes: Stance, Movement, Punches, Kicks, take downs, submissions, wrist locking techniques, and basic knife attack and defense drills. There is no better way to get out of situations than to replicate practical scenarios in a safe environment and practice sparring, so you don’t have to think about what to do until it’s too late.
