I did a lot of research before contacting Tom. I knew I needed someone to help me break my unmotivated and self-destructive cycle and who could come to my place where I couldn't make excuses for being unable to show up. I've worked with 3 previous trainers (albeit not at my flat) and thought I knew what to expect. I was right but also very wrong. Right because Tom is a very experienced and very professional trainer who knows how to get a person to work hard without feeling pushed. Wrong because Tom is so much more than a brilliant fitness-whisperer; he doesn't judge or preach (I smoke and drink) - he accepts, listens and works with you as the person you are as well as the person you're trying to be. And his background with Chinese medicine, nutrition, meditation, psycho therapy and spiritual awareness - which I confess I was initially leery of and thought was BS - actually turned out to be the unexpected gift I needed without realizing it. You can get as much out of sessions with Tom as you want - he's laid back, super intelligent, ridiculously cool and stupidly intuitive. He"ll understand your goals and while he won't go easy on you, he also knows how to read your limits without making you feel like you haven't given 110%. (even if you haven't). If you want to eventually get into the things that got you to finding a personal trainer (life/work balance, personal/professional issues) he'll be there and will be a voice of wisdom. But if you just want someone to guide you in how to best kick your ass into shape, he can do that too - and in a way that will get you feeling motivated. Bottom line - Tom is the real deal when it comes to training. And if you want more - he's got bonus creds as well. Whether you meet at a gym or at your home, and if you just want to get fit on your own schedule or want additional guidance, the first lesson is free - so you have nothing to lose...Do it. I'm so happy that I did

Tom is an amazing rock climbing instructor. I would 100% recommend to people of all skill levels. All of his sessions have been really fun and are something I look forward to every week. He was great gauging our skill level the first session with both climbing and belaying. And he took the time to really solidify our belaying before we climbed to higher distances. I have found in the past that some climbing instructors make me kind of anxious while I'm climbing but not tom. He is always there to give a helpful tip or a word of encouragement while still challenging you to improve and push yourself. He has taken the time to work on different aspects of climbing that I have found to be very helpful In just a handful of session I have already seen improvement in my technique, abilities and confidence. He's also just a really fun, energetic and insightful person to be around!! I only have great things to say about tom!

Tom's a really great rock climbing instructor. He used the first class with us to gauge our experience with both rock climbing and belaying. I had never belayed before and he walked me through all the different techniques, letting me feel out which was the most comfortable for me. He made sure my climbing partner didn't climb too high until I felt comfortable with my belaying. He's made a very safe environment and his calm but enthusiastic attitude makes it a fun environment as well. I've already seen improvement in my rock climbing because of the of the technique he's been building up each week. I trust Tom's input on how to improve on technique, strength and endurance. He also focuses on the mental aspects of climbing which is extremely important. Tom is insightful and motivating. Rock climbing is something I look forward to each week.

Tom je trenér, který mi pomohl dostat se do dobré „předporodní kondice“, která je pro každou ženu v tomto období velmi důležitá, pro mne zejména, protože jsem čekala dvojčátka. Hned po šestinedělí jsme začali opět společně cvičit a já se cítím mnohem lépe – jsem schopna zvládat mé 3 děti v plné síle, jsem na původní váze, opět pracuji a je mi fajn. V neposlední řadě mohu jen potvrdit, že Thomas je kamarád - dodal mi sebevědomí a kuráž cvičit a z fáze „nechce se mi cvičit/bojím se/stydím se“ jsem se dostala na úroveň, že se na hodiny s ním těším. Tom has been my personal trainer for over 4 years now. We work out 2x/week, and each time I feel like I reach a new level of fitness. Its not just about getting results and learning about my body. Tom's approach is super friendly and charismatic.  There hasnt been a session where we both havent laughed and had some fun. That's important to me, because when I spend the whole day at work doing managerial tasks, at the end of the day I am ready to ventilate the excess stress built up, and personal training is definitely the way to go!
