Compensating work environment(posture and mindfulness)

Compensating the effects of a sedentary work environment (back/neck problems etc.)

– A practical approach to maintaining proper posture using stretching techniques and building key core muscle groups by exercising and also utilizing breathing techniques.

Posture – what to do (practical)?

  • Stretch
    • trapezius/neck
    • lower back
    • hamstrings
    • hip-flexors
    • chest and shoulders
  • Work out
    • core
    • quadriceps and legs
    • back – paravertebrale, shoulder blades

At the end of the session we will have a light meditation and ‘body scan’ to cultivate self awareness and clear the mind for new constructive thoughts.
